Sessions start July 14 and will run for 6 weeks. These sessions will be 90 minutes long and include 45 minutes of skating treadmill instruction that will focus on stride mechanics, proper posture, speed, edge control, balance and more. The last 45 minutes will focus on stickhandling and shooting in our synthetic room to help you dangle your way thru defenders on your way to sniping the game winning goal!
Boys sessions are Tuesday nights, Girls sessions are Wednesday nights. Time slots for both nights are: 8U 5pm, 10U 6pm, 12U 7pm, 14U 8pm. Groups are limited to 5 players per group and will meet every week for 6 weeks straight. Register below!
Skates, helmet, gloves and shinpads are required on the treadmill.
