Service Description

Through our eight week Body Contact clinic you will learn how to properly give and receive hits that will give you confidence as you move into checking. Taught by Chris Dyment you will work through the basics of delivering a clean body check, protect yourself from receiving one and give yourself the confidence to know that you and your opponents are protected. Checking can be a daunting and intimidating. Make sure your player is ready to go next season! *Please be 11 years of age or older*

Cancellation Policy

Any no-show, no-call session will forfeit 100% of the payment. All cancellations and rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your session. No exceptions allowed
