THE PROCESS

Our staff at Elev802 Boston have coached players from learn to play up to NHL All-Stars, NCAA National Champions, Hobey Baker Award Winners and Olympic Gold Medalists.  We will be with you and your student-athlete every step of the way on their hockey journey to help them achieve their dreams at their highest potential.

At The Growth Program our job is to make sure to produce student-athletes who are well-rounded both on and off the ice as well as in the classroom.  With small student to coach/teacher ratios everyone will get the individual attention they need on the ice, in the classroom and in the gym.

All players will still play for any club team of their choice during the 2024-25 season,  The Growth Program is not meant as an alternative to their hockey teams, but as a way to enhance their individual development as a student-athlete.  This program is meant for players who want to focus both on their academics and athletics in a smaller setting with a schedule that allows them to play hockey and focus on school with the high demands of travel and scheduling.

140 small group lessons (on-ice & treadmill)

175 off-ice sessions

100+ video sessions

Access to open ice

Access to stick handling room every day

Weekly seminars with professional leaders

175 days of academic study with their online teachers and our academic supervisor
