PREMIER HOCKEY TRAINING FACILITY
ICE RINK
75x45 Real ice sheet designed for small-group training, private lessons, and high-intensity skill development. Also available for rentals.
State of the art dedicated room that allows players to practice their skating technique and build strength in a controlled environment.
A fully equipped strength and conditioning space, including a turf area, run by XP University built to help players build power, speed, and endurance.
A dedicated space for shooting and stickhandling sessions, available for lessons and private rentals to help players refine their skills off the ice.

Our development model is built on the premise of "game specific" skills that are easily transferable from practice to game. Our goal is to constantly challenge and lead individuals to achieve the highest level of performance on and off the ice. We provide a safe environment for players to train and learn from professional players and coaches.
SKATING TREADMILL
We currently offer group and individual training sessions on our new skating treadmill. The treadmill provides an excellent source for technical skating training for teams or individuals of any age or skill level. The treadmill offers exceptional supplementary training opportunities to those looking to enhance speed, skating stride and acceleration.

Our brand new 24 x 12 synthetic ice room now provides players a location inside the facility to work on their game off the ice under the professional coaching of our staff. Master your hand placement and toe drags, work on shooting like Ovechkin and more!
