Sessions start July 14 and will run for 6 weeks. These sessions will be 50 minutes long and include 50 minutes of skating treadmill instruction that will focus on stride mechanics, proper posture, speed, edge control, balance and more. Player will have access to our synthetic shooting room for 20 minutes prior to their group session on the treadmill.
Boys sessions are Monday nights, Girls sessions are Thursday nights. Time slots for both nights are: 8U 5pm, 10U 6pm, 12U 7pm, 14U 8pm. Groups are limited to 5 players per group and will meet every week for 6 weeks straight. Register below!
Skates, helmet, gloves and shinpads are required on the treadmill.
